Do you live in the Holts Summit Area? Are you interested in serving your community? If so, then we need you! The Holts Summit Fire Protection District is a volunteer organization, and we are always looking for individuals willing to assist us in serving our community. There are many ways to be a part of our organization, regardless of your age or skill level. The Explorer program is tailored for you men and women age 14-21. The Auxiliary program provides an opportunity to serve in a support role. The First Responder program provides an opportunity for those willing to provide basic medical assistance. Our firefighter program provides the opportunity for those willing to serve in a more direct role in fire suppression and rescue operations.
